I'm pretty sure there is a PICkit-2 lying around, which technically belongs to Philipp. Last I checked, there was a drawer with uC programming tools.

I looked in that drawer but didn’t see it. I will will try to find a PICkit-2, that looks pretty good for my needs. Thanks again Marius .. j.
