An interesting request coming from IT-Specialist at IBM Österreich. :) IMHO, if you can't get this part internally there's no chance you can get in Vienna.
Tried it internally (Lenovo and the Thinkpads are not part of IBM though, and the laptop is my personal one) :) I only got offered the whole assembly, http://www.amazon.com/IBM-T43P-Cooling-26R9074-26R9066/dp/B005GBVU4S which IMHO is rather wasteful (and expensive, even at internal prices) as only the fan isn't working anymore.
Sad fact is that there's no decent retail store in Vienna. At all.
As I said, you can get the IBM T43P Cooling Fan Long M24 assembly at ACP, ... but I want only the fan.
The option suggested by Geizhals seems to be a good one: http://goo.gl/KFRmi.
Yeah, found a few of those on ebazy, amazon, et.al. But I wanted to try localy before I order it online. But thanks for the input!
