Hi, this is the official announcement of the first meetup of Metalab's English/Language workshop! Good English skills are considered self evident within the Hacker community (and in many other situations as well), but not everyone is as firm with the language as she/he would like to be. Especially when it comes to spoken English, some might appreciate more practicing. This is what we want to do in these workshops. The first meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 8, 19:00 in Metalab main room. The wiki page of the workshop is here: https://metalab.at/wiki/Englishworkshop If you are interested in improving your English skills, please join the workshop. It's open for everyone! If you already have good English skills, please also consider joining the workshop to support others learning the language! Regards! Georg
