Website doesn't load at all without Javascript *and* cookies. (What.) Website's TLS prefers RC4 and doesn't support forward secrecy. No threat model. No documentation of the cryptosystem. No source code. "Military-grade encryption", "encrypts every message separately" mumbojumbo. Strictly avoid.
