Hi again, Jaume! I'd be quite interested in that topic too, do you remember? Are you talking about a fixed (=screwed to a wall) or a temporary installation (that will start and stop on demand)? I'd vote for the screwed-down-security-like-device ... Well ... just do it. It's your project! And the Metalab is the right place to build (and install) it! And if i will meet you (and i got some spare time too), i'll help you (to learn from you, of course) :) Zervus and good luck, Johannes 2007/7/9, jaume <jaume@nualart.com>:

Zervus, this is jaume, I'm quite new in metallab and in wien too. I come form barcelona, form a hacklab a bit similar to metalb called riereta.net http://riereta.net

I also work in the video audio stream community GISS (http://giss.tv), it is a network of icecast servers plus some features to make easy to stream audio or video. The community is growing up and lot of radios, specially are strating to use the infrastructure, from oaxaca to haifa, form barcelona to canada...

I'm very interested in the possibility to make public the events in metalab, metadays and other presentations. I'm wondering if metalab people would like to do this, so people from other places would be able to see the interesting things that are happening in metalab.

We will need a linux box and there are some possibilities for the audio and video setup. We can go into details if you thing that could be interesting what I'm proposing.

no more and no less by the moment, just tell yopu thanks to make feel like in home in metalab :-)
