Hi, I notice the locking mechanism to the Borg room is a bit delicate. Once inside and latched, it can be a challenge to open it up and get out again. I fear that some fetzenschaedel is going to lock himself in there and have to leave through the window. I'm planning to stop by around midnight to take a closer look. If anybody is interested to learn about mechanical locks and latches, please come by or drop me a line. I also have a couple of similar projects in mind.

A method with a high success rate, at least as far as I've tried, is pulling the door towards you (the counterproductive-sounding direction) while unlocking. Cheers, ~~ Ondra

This trick really works. It was explained to me that the actual problem is in the geometry of the door, which is probably not worth adjusting since there's a workaround.
