Ohai and thanks for all to point out my "typo": Of course it should be 2 times a month (not week) We will make a short presentation as a "kick off": http://metalab.at/wiki/Security_bei_Kerzenschein/SBC7_Seven_Layers_of_Insecu... Feel free to download and browse through the pdfs but you don't must read them in advance... If desirable, why not invite through other channels? e.g. vibe or hackerspaces.org Mika Michael Kafka wrote:

Ohai!

Security by Candlelight is alive again: http://metalab.at/wiki/Security_bei_Kerzenschein

When? Wednesday July 1st 2009 Where? Metalab "Library"

Can I get there by Candlelight?

How many miles to Babylon? Three score and ten. Can I get there by candlelight? Aye, and back again. If your feet are nimble and light You'll get there by candlelight. -- Nursery Rhyme

Security sometimes seems like and endless journey

But properly equipped it will be just like snapping with your fingers. I'm afraid we will not have a "Babylon Candle" to get there but at least it will be much more fun to travel together and talk about the things and wonders we see along the road.

Bring your own Ideas not your own beer, we have plenty of beer/Club Mate in the fridge. We want your input and active participation, don't be shy you can do it! Security by Candlelight is not meant to be a workshop or a lecture type of event but a discussion and exchange around different aspects of security.

We will meet roughly two times a week, dates will be published on the Metalab-Wiki and the Metalab Event List

We hope to see a lot of people!

Lynx, Naxx and MiKa
