Super Michi,

thank you very much for the nice wikipage startup,
everything very clear and a good info/links.

I think the OpenLab excursion is an important start to have a better idea of what we will face and how much people is interested,
plus of course gaining experience in the field.

as you stated in the page merging the hackerspace users knowledge to something like BioHacking should be super effective and interesting,
of course the logistic possibility of doing this in the lab has still to be verified.

so stay tuned and sign in to wikipage and doodle for openlab if interested,

danke again to michi for gathering together all the ideas we had and the info we got in the last days,

Ivan

Hi,
I am planning to set up a temporal bio hacklab in salzburg for next year's basics festival (middle of march). We have a space at subnet.at and I think I can put together some money for equipment and workshops. Anyone interested in establishing a metalab outpost for some weeks?
cheers,
(the other) marius.

Hi,

at the camp some people were talking about getting some biohacking
going at the lab (in fact Lisa already wanted to start a similar
effort last year but then moved back to Germany), so I created a
starting point at our wiki:

As a first step we plan to organize another trip to the Vienna Open
Lab (http://www.viennaopenlab.at/), I'll get in touch with them and
then send another message to the list once we figure something out.

Stay tuned,
Michi
