There are the "Bird" and "Tier" rental electric scooters that you can find here, I think you have to install an app on your smartphone to use them or something
Yeah, I don’t want to use the rental services - rather, I want to buy the scooter outright.
I’ve pretty much settled on the Dualtron Spider, but I’m hoping maybe someone has other better ideas in Vienna?
